Our Experience:
Part of this project was to create a way to volunteer and take baby steps to trying to make a change for the global issue. For our take action project, Our group created a survey with nine questions (see below) about the quality of the food, their favorite dishes/line, and how often they eat the food that is being served. We surveyed a few people from each grade level (freshman, sophomores, juniors, and seniors) to see how satisfied they were with the food. We conducted research about our topic on a global/national level and used our research to see what our compiled data revealed. We created a powerpoint and decided to present it to Austin High Food Manager Diana Miller and her staff to display how students really think of what is being served. Check out our results below!
